Need some help with a character transfer.

Ok. So I got the accounts attached to a BNet account (that still works doesnt it?) and I'm liking the 80 it has. Thing is, every time I've tried to use my CC in the past it hasn't work. For transfers, game time, anything, so I've come to MMOwned for help. I'm looking for someone to do the transfer process for me, and in return I'll give you 30 bucks over paypal. I'll go first, chargeback and cancel or whatever you want to do, I'm not gonna scam you. More than likely something wrong with how I think it can go down (name on account has to match CC name or whatever) , so if there is something wrong tell me and I'll just do a self-lock on my thread. Also, if you have any other suggestions on how to complete this I'll be glad to take some tips. Either way, thanks.
