I just lost my job today to I'm affraid I need to sell it to cover my bills for atleast 1 month.

KuRIoS hit the nail on the head there. It says that you must be have TBC.

Maybe he means "he doesnt have TBC installed on his pc" i dunno

Maybe he means that he has a key, and the account is a "bonus" in case you don't have one yourself? But that would be useless, because as stated, it has to be upgraded to TBC.
