PHP Programmer to create an addon

Sup guys,

I need a good PHP programmer to help with my project shall we say.

There are basically 2 sections. One is mostly in php and I host on my own ftp and the other is hosted by a company. There is an API for the second bit which I'm 99% sure can be used in the right way.

Long story short I have the same value in both parts but they need to update each other whenever a change is made.

e.g. part 1 has a value of 10 and part 2 has a value of 10. When part 1 has been changed that change needs to reflect in part to, so if part 1 was changed to 9 part 2 would update to say 9 also.

I can explain in more detail if you are up to the job. Will be paying high for this $100+
