Explain what happened: A guy on skype I love pigs , (tony0 is trying to refund from me for 87$ for a gw2 account I sold him last month. I gave paypal a book's worth a skype poof plus multiple indications he's playing the account but is this enough I really don't want to lose this.

Is he using the same ip address? can anyone screenshot his ip so i can get proof from others. can I get his ip even though he won't accept contact request?

I'm sorry, but I'm not authorized to give out IP-addresses, registered emails or anything that I find using the the "official ownedcore tools". But using resolveme.org I've found 3 IP-addresses on him:
IP: 168.61.144.13:40031
14.222.162.158 | 14.222.67.176 | 168.61.144.13
Looking at this, I'd say he most likely lives in Hongkong, China.

Great china. also suddenly my skype history with only him is gone.

Edit: found it but it's not on my normal contact page. Has anyone won cases against him and why doesn't skype or paypal shut him down. He has also changed his name to Best.

Thank you added that to paypal info. It's odd you can't see the additional info sent to paypal. I will probably call paypal tomorrow to check up on this matter.

I lost the case of course despite skype chat and ownedcore proof plus him saying he was playing the dam account. I can't dispute yet cause i guess the money did'nt get to him yet. What do I do now? Im seeing these forums saying "buyer bought virtual/intangble item and was delivered in 24 hours" apparently these sellers are winning their case.
