FFXIV Power Leveling 1-50

Just placed an order for a 1-50 black mage on 9/6 @ 0900 est. time. Will try to keep a daily log of progress for anyone else interested in their power leveling services.
Day 1: After 24 hours, character is level 21. Support staff are well spoken, and all is going well.
Day 2: After 48 hours, character is level 23. Support staff seemed different from the day prior, when I initially asked about the account, he told me it wasn't started yet. The leveler is "sleeping", even though it is advertised as 24/7 power leveling.
Day 3: computer was broke
Day 4: Thaum is lvl 35, sub level is 0. Received an email asking me to make my character a black mage, since the leveler didn't know how to do it. When I asked why, the response was "Our leveler is dumb, sorry". After this I jumped into their support chat, the transcript is posted later in this thread, worth a read for luls.
Day 5 9/11/13: Character is now level 38 black mage, apparently they figured out the quest on their own after I sent them a youtube video on how to do it.
Day 6 9/12/13: Character is level 41
Day 7 9/13/13: Character is level 43
Day 8 9/14/13: Character is level 48, one day over the date it was supposed to be completed.
Days 6, 7, and 8 the support staff were "unable to get a hold of the leveler to tell me the level of my character, had to log in to check.

SCAM ALERT! I have been told my virtual good service will be started upon within 30 minutes of order completion. I come back to check status they said it will start asap. I come back 3rd time and they said on lunch break, come back in 7 hours. Then in 7 hours I was told 12 hours, and now they get me to reset my password on the virtual good account & also wait another 5 hours. Meanwhile I have been getting harassed and blocked on their live chat and also telling me nobody will refund me including curse words and profanity. (This is all for FFXIV Powerleveling)
