REGARDING THE CHARACTER: 143m+ SP PVE/PVP Character - Can fly all combat ships in EVE, except titans and can use all T2 guns ( includes weapons and missiles ) It can also fly capitals and supercapitals decently and has very good capital and subcapital navigation skills with Jump Drive Calibration, Jump Drive Operation and Jump Fuel Conservation at IV and V.
It has over 46m SP in Spaceship Command alone, another 33m+ SP weapons ( 24m SP+ in gunnery and 9m+ SP in Missiles), all subsystems are at level 5 for T3 ships. It also have good armor and shield skills, as well as the support skills in Electronics, Engineering and Navigation, almost perfect Leadership skills for fleet boosting and good drones skills, with over 8m SP. It is a very focused PVP and PVE character and has very little wasted skills. This wouldn't be a problem anyway, as you can extract, save and then redistribute the unwanted skill points in Eve nowdays by using a Skill Extractor and Skill Injector.
