Need help making a private server.

I used to play Motor city online a lot when I was younger. I am now out of the army looking for a MMO racing/drag game. Cant find anything like this. A lot of people 50-100 are looking for this also. I would shot you money monthly If you can get a working Server. I have the game also a site with working offline modes. along with part lists and what not.
