Niche Site: Lots of money to be made

Here's the bottom line ...

MMOwned is a community that I've come to love and trust. I thought it would be fitting for me to start the seeds of my project here. What I need are programmers and coders who are brilliant at creating database-styled websites like WoWhead.com or Thottbot.com. There is a HUGE target niche that does not exist, and I know it is a great market to get into and will make any participants a lot of money. Because I don't want to have any premature competition, I ask that you contact me through PM if you are interested in doing this. I encourage staffers and high-ranking members at MMOwned (trusted members of the community) especially to share in this with me.
