need an assembly programmer for microcontrollers

I am making a safe, and need some insight as to how I can check to see if the correct input pins have been activated. In other words, I need someone who knows the assembly language well, and is familiar with microcontrollers, specifically the 16f628a. More info will be exchanged when I find someone who suits these requirements. I'll give u as much rep as I can if u help.
