Anybody else not get banned who changed .exe name? Also you didn't get banned on your main account with version 1-4? I thought you said 5-9 where safe?

what i am stating is,

my main account i have only used v1-4 ( when i developed them ) + highnoon.

and on my rage account i have used v8 and v9 last week and i still have not been banned.

Just checked my account, seems to be fine. It might be report based. I never changed any names, but I did use settings from another user in this thread to make it look more natural. I was playing multiple hours a day for a couple weeks with the cheat on. There were multiple occasions where it was open before I started the game, as well as many occurrences of me restarting the game with it running.

Be careful guys. I got my love letter from Blizzard 20 hours ago with this aim bot with setting at 3 short and 3 long. Never had anyone call me out for using an aimbot.

Was not swept up in the ban wave and used v7 and v9.1 extensively with low settings and never changed the name of the executable. However, I have not played Overwatch since late Saturday night EST and did not use Overjoint at that time. If I had to guess, they could be going off reports but it seems more likely that they're looking at executables. Use with caution guys.

I used v4 since it's release extensively with default settings (3 sens, sometimes 4), in almost every game i played between level 20 and 40 something, toggling it off to play non-hitscan heroes a good bit of the time. Basically any time I played tracer, soldier or now sombra, i use v4. No ban on main or smurf.

Has anyone taken the source & tried making micro-changes to see if it still is detected? Might(big might) work depending on how AHK compiles things

i got banned as well.. never got anyone calling me for using an aim bot... are u going to appeal ?

I was wondering whoever got banned was it a hardware permanent ban like they are saying? are you able to buy another account without it being banned?

Also I wonder what the most effective way would be to appeal a AHK ban?

I remember when Tyrant came from Bossland and people got banned. Then some started to spread rumors about you getting banned on new accounts as well. I contacted Blizzard via chat support and they said "no, we only ban your BattleNet account, so if you buy a new game on a new Bnet account you are fine". And very true, I am playing Overwatch with a new account. It's rare that they do HWbans in my experience, since every player deserves a new chance.

Last words: If in doubt, contact Blizzard directly. Never accept answers from random people about other people. Ask the source.

I downloaded it and ran it, hit F1 to start it and then I see the FoV red box overlay but it doesn't actually do anything or assist my aim in any way? How do you make it actually assist your aim?

Yes. It seems that since the start of season 3 or right before it there has been some sort of detection.

My question is, is anybody else running any other AHK apps like High Noon, pixelclicker or even StinkyJoint (any version) with any success?

It seems that possibly they are detecting a specific .exe AHK application name? Can anybody shed any light on this?
