[The Division] Guild Idea

I have been seriously contemplating playing The Division when it is out next march. But here is the problem.

I have played games with people and without, and with people it is far more fun. However, I want to throw something into the game mix, that maybe people weren't planning.

In keeping with the ownedcore spirit, I want to create a sleeper agent guild. Think of Hydra before Winter Soldier was out.

So I would like to have a base of operations somewhere, were agents can post things like, a guild they got in to, their rank, what their bank tabs have, whatever information you can gather, and we can sell information to other guilds for profit.

I'm not 100% sure on how this is going to work as I haven't gotten my pre-order key setup yet, but I will be getting it very soon. I am wondering how many of my fellow players would love to do something like this? Perhaps we can make some kind of insider deathstrike to guilds that would surpass that of EVE Online levels of danger-dark scenarios?
