Dont works any plugins on new realease TH

The problem is with using any of my plugins,th showing (Exceptions) and didnt show anything((
Even if i use 1 plugin of 12 plugins (what works fine on prev version TH) turbo just show(Exceptions) and dont shaw anything..

Important

This release contains plugin interface version 9.0 which means it works only with up-to-date plugins supporting this interface.
Frist try the release without any community-made plugins, then add them one-by-one. If one is not working then notify the author of the plugin about the problem.
