Thanks to the poster as I was about to use my keys in RoS for the first time, was 1 piece from the lvl 60 ring then RoS came out and I get to start all the way over.

To those who think it will get fixed faster when it's posted outside of elite section, I am afraid blizz has access to the elite section which has been consistently helping them to scout bugs. all the elite section really is is a way to motivate oc users to donate.
