Get legendary when you get to lvl 70.

If they would not change that the diablo allways drop legendary first time you kill him in quest progress, you could prepare your quest chain just before diablo on lvl 60 now and when RoS comes out exp to level 70 and when you hit 70 kill kill diablo.

Iam planing on getting experience on CotA if it will go fast there, but you shoud be able to get into act 5 aswell if you join friend who is just starting which will add current quest to your story progress even if you did not kill diablo yet.

You could technically start a fresh of your main class. Take all the items from your main and level it without killing any bosses.
That way you'll get a lot of legendaries through story mode, no?

They've said the legendary will be moved to the last boss for 61+ characters and removed from diablo.

Ok did not notice that so that means malthiel will be the one for leg ? I supose? Altho you know blizzard they are able to **** up almost anything so i will kill dia on 70 anyway and hope for their fail.
