How to make Scoundrel EXTREMLY usefull especialy for DH/Wiz

The weapon damage types like Fire holy and such are all the same EXCEPT Cold When you equip Cold damage bow/xbow on scoundrell he WILL slow any enemy he hits with
his arrow/multishow. This comes extremly usefull as he can aoe slow all chasing enemies and you can kill them before they even get to you.

Now for DH If you use passive Cull the Weak it will increase all damage by 15% to all your attacks vs slowed mobs and this slow from scoundrel works with it so when scoundrell shot on enemy you get 15% more damage. !TESTED and WORKS!

Now for Wiz if you use passive Cold Blooded it increase all damage by 20% to all your attacks vs freezed mobs and this slow from scoundrell works with it aswell
!NOT TESTED! only found on internet when i did research about it.

Now for weapon i doesnt matter if you use bow/xbow all you need is cold damage but There is ONE who is superb to all other cold weapons and it is legendary crossbow called Buriza do Kyanon This AWSOME xbow allways contain stat freeze on hit which varies up to INSANLY HIGH 15%!! and aswell have INSANLY HIGH chance that shots will pierce targets which allow scoundrel to slow / freeze even more montsters.

For rings and amulets i definitely advice you to use ones with attack speed bonus to make him even more stronger and allow how to shoot slowing multishots like machine gun.

I Just tested your theory for Wizards and I confirm it works, what i did is I got naked and used a lvl 5 weapon so i can keep the same enemy alive to do both my tests on and make sure its armor and resistance values are the same.

Did around 50 normal hits and my dmg values where between 30-61, doing the test with the scoundrel and the Buriza do Kyanon i was hitting for 34-70 didnt test if it went any higher only took a couple of hits to see that the passive was being procced.

So get the weapons while they are cheap got one with 14% freeze chance for 100k
