this man speaks the truth.. i was having performance issues but i was using VMplayer.. found some cd keys and used latest workstation to increase the amount of cores... no problems now....still a SMUDGE slower then my desktop.. but hey.. its a VM.. and im using playing a movie while the VM is running lol
wow tried 3 vms running diablo.. SUPER laggy, I don't see how some people can run like 8 accounts on 1 computer.. would more ram help? i have 8 gigs.
^^yes more ram would help
what are you guys doing about the huge virtual disk file thats building from running this? am i missing something?
Make sure you install VMWARE TOOLS onto the vmware client
or else there will be hella lag.
vm > install vm tools
what kind of system do you have?
im using 3 clients just fine and able to play games while i have them running
i have each vmware on a different SSD: not sure if that helps.
i have the i7 2600k overclocked to 4.4 ghz:8gb high performance ram
i noticed if i didn't select two cores for each d3 client, there would be quite a bit of lag
1 gb ram each work for me.
dont forget to turn down all of your d3 clients graphics settings, and low fx.
you can even goto start: type adjust the appearance: set for performance
you can even try capping each d3 clients FPS, mine are all locked at 40 fps
Do you also have to install video card drivers?
When I scroll it gets all blurry/stretched for a moment and not sure if it means my computer is too crap for this or that it is missing my graphics drivers.
So far the script I want to run doesn't work but I'm not sure if it's something wrong with the script or I don't have AutoIT installed properly?
EDIT: Nevermind, I guess it was the script because I tried another one and that one is working just fine.

been running 3 VM here with not much lag. of course my computer is sorta up to date.
12gb ram
i5 3570k oc'ed to 4.4
256gb ssd
gtx 670
I've made sure my resolution is correct, running in full screen windowed, and took my own PNGs but I still can't seem to get the bot to find the resume button. Anyone have any suggestions?
