[Farming] Act 4 Inferno Items with 150% Magicfind!

I just got a 944 dps 2H Axe and a 781DPS 1H Dagger in the same run. Maybe they lowered the frequency but it still feels like Im getting a good expensive item every half hour, just like the past two days.

Seems like it was hotfixed. 130% MF, 20 runs, 12 crap blues, 0 yellows, 0 oranges, 0 greens, weapon racks only seem to yield whites, and most of what I've found are just crap quivers. Shame, I was hoping to actually be able to afford some of the awesome weapons on the AH or at least find a decent 60 weapon. Protip: If it hasn't been patched and I'm just unlucky, start from the south then go north. Save the northeast corner for last since an oppressor seems to spawn there as soon as you go near it more often than not.

Edit: Up to 40 runs now and 17 blues, and 5 tomes of secrets. The only yellows I've found are the ones raining down on my head at what I imagine is the same velocity as the shit that promptly hits my pants. Though I still highly recommend this if you just want to shit yourself every time a demon comes on screen because with all your MF gear you're just barely equipped to fend off a soft breeze on a warm summer day. (P.S I'd still be putting my money on the breeze)

Edit2: 64 runs, about 30 blues, 8 tomes, and finally found my first yellow that wasn't trying to rain down on me like a violent shitstorm of demonic fury. 155% MF now, but I'm still unconvinced that this is a very strong farming area(I get more yellows just playing through the game without MF gear).

this is not hotfixed...its called RNG...You realize you are looking for a weapon that is super super rare. After 20 runs you expect a 900+ dps weapon to drop? cmon. I go on streaks where I won't get anything for 25-30 runs. But then the next clear its 2 yellows and 3 blues...its RANDOM people.

Just wanted to add...I swapped out my gear a bit to add gold find to increase production...now running 120 GF with 250 MF...and wow now im really making some money.

I think they have nerfed weapons loot damage... All blues and one rare have 180 - 300 dmg only.

^ no, I've gotten multiple 800+dps weapons since the so called "nerfed" i still believe the frequency is nerfed, not the quality.

Also I just got a legendary 2 hander sword, on ah for 10mill. And just got two rares, and two blues from the same run.

Just started, buyed 168MF for ~150k in AH and got an legendary amulet (on my 4. run) which I can sell probably for 10mill or just use for myself.

well the frequency is better for me after the "nerf" haha. Haven't gotten single rare in about 80 runs, now I got 3 in 8 runs.

120 runs at 140-155% MF(30% of the time I also got fortune buff) 2+ hours, and I'm not counting the runs with mobs where I get oppressor charged in the face, only for it to taunt me mercilessly while I glare at my screen like I just got bitch slapped by my worst enemy. I've only found one yellow, I think the people posting either have insanely high MF already(Which means they've already found a pretty damn good way of making money) or they're just lucky. I'm now convinced this is a complete waste of time, and only a viable way to farm for people already sporting legendaries, millions of gold, and are just looking to hoard more.

Don't mislead people into believing this will rake in the yellows/legendaries. It's not even as good as just playing through the game with neph valor or taking the money you'd put into 200+ MF gear and just rolling the dice in crafting. The few that this probably did work for, good on you, you got really lucky, but this method isn't going to land a grand majority a "2 rares in 4 runs" or anything like that. And the 700+ stacks of gold you'll find will be heavily offset by the repair bills because mobs rained down ontop of you or just charge you from off screen without you noticing.

Like I said, though, this may work for some, but I'd look elsewhere, it's repetitive, a gold sink to start(At 155% I didn't find shit and shelled out 110k for the gear) and you could either get a rare in every pot, or you find absolutely nothing for an hour straight.

Oh, I'm not saying I don't believe you, brother. I'm just saying that for those looking for a reliable farming method, there are probably better out there. As I've said, 120 runs(Now 150 just to be sure), only one yellow. My MF isn't low, as I've stated. From an RNG standpoint, I'd sooner trust my girlfriend with my condoms than I'd trust these pots.
