What tools can extract from the Diablo 3 data files now?

I don't have any MPQs but there were some music and sound effects I wanted to extract.

Is there any tools or methods currently available that can do that?

I would try Casc Storage - Main page the tool works for me as long as D3 isn't running.

Thanks, I'll try it out. I'm not trying to modify anything so I can do it with it closed. I just want to pull out some of the sounds.
(Music and some of the goblin ones)
