Crashing in Rifts?

Anyone else having this problem of randomly crashing in rifts? Sometimes it won't happen for an hour or two, but once I crash from the rift I am unable to reenter. I even tried the stereo fix.

I remember i got a crash in a rift on hardcore when i wanted to print screen a goblin rift.Got lucky and survived.
