But nice video, do you think you can reach 0 cd with max CDR + a little less legacy gear? you would also get more dmg by using level 70 i guess

This is the Zero 5 Dog Witch Doctor Build. Not everyone agrees with it, but hey it's what I'm doing in Reaper Of Souls. I was a Zero Dog Witch Doctor for about a year prior to Reaper Of Souls release for that matter.
Let's start with the two new pieces of gear that really compliment this build and any Zero Dog Build from here on out. The Legendary Ceremonial Knife Anessazi Edge which allows all Zero Dog Builds perma CC or CC whenever the enemy is allowed to be CC'd (Not all enemies can be permanently CC'd). The second item the Legendary Bracers Ancient Parthan Defenders which allow this build to attain higher Torment play.
What does this build bring to the table? The better question to ask would be what doesn't this build bring to the table? It has Crowd Control, it has the ability to push the parties DPS higher frequently, ability to restore resources when used with Reaper Wraps (if your starved for resources your not doing DPS), health globes = win (if your dead your not doing DPS), the ability to use Pools of Reflection efficiently for maximum experience bonus (a lot of people think the Pools of Reflection are useless because everyone dies to often to ever make significant use of it).
This build is designed for overall efficient group play all around. Isn't that what the Reaper of Souls expansion is about? Promoting more group play and stretching to attain higher levels of communities within the game.
I started out as a Zero Dog Witch Doctor so my friends and I could do all content on MP10 and not repeatedly bash our heads against the keyboard dying to get things done. I've given this build my all ever since I attained it. It's my comfort zone. It's what I like doing, and how I prefer to enjoy the game. All the things I've stretched to do in this game to all the items I've stretched to acquire it was all done for the Zero Dog build.
