Possible Snitchley exploit?

I kinda need help with this one.

In the Act 2 sometimes you get a bounty to kill Snitchley - a purple goblin. I had it once, killed him ASAP (like I'd do with a normal gob) and then it hit me: he's a target of a bounty, so he SHOULDN'T be able to warp away. Maybe it's possible to clear the area around him, attacki him once and let him run all over the place droping gold/lootz for hours...?

If someone can find him before I do again - please post your findings!

yep and you can do this with the rift goblin boss also XD

never have a heard of a treasure goblin bounty and i just checked to find the snitchley bounty for about 30 mins before giving up don't think its a thing :P if its in act 2

Seems someone got him in act3, mine quest was in Dalghur Oasis iirc.

ye i think he can spawn in any act.
i had him in act 5 once.
probably really rare to get that bounty.

Had him in A3 bounty yesterday but buddy didn't listen and killed him instantly

Okay I've found him after a lot of tries and I'm kinda dissapointed. He doesn't despawn, true, but:

1.He only drops piles of ~20 gold while running around
2.He spawns additional monsters

So while theory was correct, the profits from it are miniscule.

I am on him right now, but if he stops spawning people, we can easily use skills to make him drop items, since he is a special enemy he has much more chance to drop items when scared (Barb skill), since he doesn't attack us we can in theory make him drop a lot of legendaries.

So currently I am trying to check if he stops spawning these monsters, will report back in 10-15min.

I am doing this on Torment 4 for better chance of loot.

EDIT: Been trying to make him stop spawning, but after 20 minutes my Thunderfury killed him. In my eyes, this is not exploitable. You get a decent amount of exp for killing his minions though.
