Best way to get some fast gold in diablo 3 (By playing)

As title says iam looking for some quick way to get some gold. Some exp as bonus is welcomed but gold is my primary goal. With my gear i can farm CotA T IV with elite kill quite reliably (600m xp / hour solo) => I can not farm or do any quests in TVI where is any elite killing involved.

As title says iam looking for some quick way to get some gold. Some exp as bonus is welcomed but gold is my primary goal. With my gear i can farm CotA T IV with elite kill quite reliably (600m xp / hour solo) => I can not farm or do any quests in TVI where is any elite killing involved.

I've mostly just been farming for legendary items, and I've made around 100mil selling legendary/set plans, not even the over priced ones.

Also great to pick up all gems, stack them up while you farm and sell them when you're about to go off, it adds up.
