What is good for barbarian class?

general info, but since you're a new one:
1)make sure you got enough movement speed(caps at smth around 25%, usually 2 items with MS is good enough, for example IK boots + lacunis)
2)get some +pick up radius, it helps to improve GPH(1-2 items with + raidus is enough usually)
i go with scoundrels on barb and enchantresses on monks.
