Getting instant banned after reactivating CD-key

It was a fresh char - a new key added to an already banned account (they banned my new key that I added instant)


They unbanned my account today (should only take them 1 week) after writing:

Thank you for getting back to me.

I must admit that I don't understand this situation. In your automatic mail, stating I was banned, you are writing:

"If you add a new Diablo III license, a new account will overwrite your old, without any prior Heroes or items from the closed account."

If this option is not possible to me anyway then I don't understand why I had this message sent to my mail upon my account closure.

I suggest making a new account instead of overwriting the old when banwaves hits
