Question about buying Russian CD key

Alright so i purchased a russian copy of the game just the other day, im from canada and i can't for the life of me figure out how to get the game running in english. The only reason I bought it was because I had heard you could patch in English somehow. If anyone could help me out or link me to something that works i'd really appreciate it, thanks..

At this point I'm really not too worried about that, id rather get it working and play for awhile with a higher risk of being banned than not being able to play at all. It's really frustrating and I wish I had realized this before purchasing the russian copy of it.
