There are some serious issues with RMAH since the new patch.
Blizzard is taxing seller twice when ever item is sold.
For example, if an itme is sold for $250, you are supposed to get 211.xx after tax and tranfer fee
However, base on my personal experience and numerous posts on official forum. Instead of getting $211.XX, you ll get $17X.XX now

Under current sytem, the new sale price will be your proceeds, and from there, blizzard will taxing you aain.
Your original proceeds of $211.xx will be listed under Sale price now. And you ll see $17X.xx under proceeds.

This also applies to gold selling. Instead of getting 15%*15% tax, you ll now get(Sale price *.85*.85*.85*.85.) So if you are flipping gold and sell it at 0.6, you are actually getting $0.313.
So far, there is no official response to this problem. Some people have claimed that Blizzard has disabled email notification system, so we wont be able to see the actual payout until we receive their money.

If it`s more than just email notification bug, we probably won't see our refund after months. I am suspendings any comodity sales now because 60% tax cut is just unbearable.

it doesnt seem like they are taking AH down now. My best advice is to suspend all the commodiy sales(Receipe, gemes, Gold......) because you are almsot
certain to lose money unless you bot your own gold/itmes. For items, it depends on how big is your profit margin, if you can still make money after double
taxation, it mighe be a good idea to keep them on AH because items will become harder to sell once more people finding good items.

Blue has confirmed that it`s just the problem with email, and we ll get correct payout from paypal. However, I don't believe anyone got payout yet at this point. It should also be noted that payout disbursement seems to be delayed for some people.

Personally, I have suspended all the commodity sales until I see the first payout, if you have got your payout after patch, please share with us
