question about different ip address assign to different computer

Is it possible to assign different ip address to different computer so that my computers appear to be from different location? Please help thank you.

Yes its called either a proxy or VPN.

but if the we are on the same router, we will still appear as the same ip address right? or is it we use proxy for different computer, we will appear to be on different area?

The proxy or VPN will route your connection to another machine outside your network first and then to wherever you are going.
