so if you sell something on RMAH on a more legit account that doesnt get banned, and the PAYPAL gets processed and you have the money

AND THEN you get banned days later or weeks later for whatever reason will blizzard dispute and chargeback the money?

lets say i sell 10m-50m gold for 25-150$ or w/e and it processes and i get the money then i transfer gold/itesm to my legit account on VPN with a bot account, and for whatever reason they ban both


will they reverse the payment they made to me? is this in eula? someone please help i would prefer someone with experience instead of trolls/opinions

Simple, you violated eula and got banned.

Due to violating eula/tos you already agreed to everything they implement, meaning if it says youre banned for violating eula they can terminate/reverse any trades pending in the process

therefore, if you get banned WHILE selling , of course they will reverse, i want to know if you get banned AFTER selling if they can dispute

obviously if you got banned and you received a payment for something while violating the eula, after being banned they can dispute that simply because they can claim you earned it under false allegations


i just need to know whether or not they will or if it happens. no point in earning 100$ on paypal to get banned and then they dispute with paypal and since they make paypal MILLIONS of dollars paypal will dispute that shit in a millisecond

The money you get is yours... Even if it was processed to your battle.net, it will still stay on your account. When they ban, they are only allowed to ban your diablo3 account, not ur battle.net account

this is true ut battlenet balance stays the same ; teh funny thing is u can buy anouther account with ur hacked credits from ur previous account so if u start botting ur first prio should be get anouther 49 euro on ur battlenet asap so u can keep buying games

There is nothing illegal about botting. There is nothing illegal about selling gold. So no they can't take your money back. As someone said you've gotten you answer and yet you're telling them they are wasting your time.

If you have an auction on the RMAH and the account gets banned, the auction continues to go until completion. IF it sells you WILL get your money from Blizzard.

Obviously if it does not sell it will get returned to your banned character. Likewise all your Bnet balance is also intact if your account gets banned. I can't speak to if you get banned for some type of RMAH exploit or dupe, they might do more.
