Banning a main from trading gold?

hmm...
i had 6 bot running on my computer and 1 stash account.
transfer like 30m per day. and when banwave happened all my 6 bot account banned. but not my stash account.
then 1 week later while i was at work and checking my emails. i received an account closure email from blizzard. because of unapproved third party program
$800 worth of items all gone. appealed like 5 times but all no work.

So the verdict is trading gold from my bot accounts to my main account(that does not run any bots) is safe on the same IP? I just geared my bot account by going in on my main and dropping all the items is this safe as well?

My stash account is a Collector's Edition and sold over 1billion gold from 6 bots that just got banned 2 weeks ago, main account still going...
