    Care On Using AH And/Or RMAH

    Still not received. Letting people know there is an issue happening with some auctions, I'm not sure if it's just RMAH or not.

    My Ticket
    This is the ticket description:
    Gold Not Received

    I bought 3,000,000 gold for $7.50 on the 25th. It kept saying "Processing" until today. Now it says "Purchased (3,000,000)"

    I don't have the gold in my left side item "stash," I never got it. I was actually hoping it would be instant since my last gold payment was instant, but I had to wait 3 days for it to process but didn't even get the gold.

    I am thinking about making a paypal dispute. Please check the logs and verify that I never put the 3m in my stash, nor got the 3m in my bought item list, though it says purchased.

    Thank you for contacting the Game Master Department, I hope all is well today! I apologize deeply about the wait time for your request; with the release of some new services recently we have seen a high amount of incoming requests such as your own. No worries though! I’m here to help get this issue addressed.

    You had let us know of an issue with your recent auction house transactions. At the moment we are investigating a few reported issues with the auction house. For the time being, we would recommend considering this risk when posting or buying high value items. If you do continue to use the auction house though and come across this issue again here are a few things to try in this order (note: this may not apply to previous auctions but is intended for auctions that were recently completed):
    - Try relogging into the game entirely.
    - Check the completed tab to ensure the status of the item is "sent to stash".
    - When checking your stash in game, be sure to check all tabs, and make sure there is room in your stash before sending items to it.

    If you wish to aid us in our fight against the issues with the Auction house, we would higly recommend posting about the issues you are having on the bug forums. Due to the new nature of the game and our reporting procedures, we've found it to be most efficient to have players submit the bugs they run into on our forums, as our Development team is more easily able to access this data and get the information directly!     so does that mean they dont log items from ah completed tab to stash?

    I'm not sure, but the reply I got back was completely useless. I am opening up a dispute with PayPal.

    That might do so you cannot use the rmah again. on ur account

    re open the same ticket and tell them that doesn't help you get your gold. They can't sell something and not give you what you paid for. Then again I have about $400 in gold sales pending since last week. I think they shut down more servers due to player loss. Now everything is taking 10x longer than normal.

    My gold was selling I hours and now nothing 3 days no gold been sold but gear selling fine and receiving my money for it without any problems.

    I've had 2 gold transactions for 4 and 5 mil each just never clear to my PayPal even though it's "completed" in the RMAH.

    What can I do? Open a ticket on the account where I've sold hundreds of millions of botted gold? Nah, I just have to let it go. It's lame though.

    they said paypal is updating it'll take you xtra 2-3 days to get your payment
