Go to GAH, and start browsing items (if you are patient buy all with bid no buyout, this way will be cheaper, if you are a big spender just buyout lol).

RMAH? why you need that if you buy cheaper on GAH?

After you spent your money you already have gear to go beat diablo inferno without wasting 1 heal pot. (that what happened to my barb after i buy gear for him).

Then you start doing some runs, and you get the following conclusion. The items that drop are crap compared what you bought in GAH after some searches.

So why do runs for items? I really don't know. Just do runs for Gold or fun. Forget items. And running Act2 or Act3/4 same bulshit. Running with MF or without. same bullshit. It's random its random.

So if you have such gold just sell it for money directly, but w8 for next ban wave (during ban waves the prices go up) .

flipping items on AH and RMAH is against the policy and you will be banned ... read the term of use for the AH and RMAH

Wrong, it's against ToS when you have some risks on it, like if you loaded 10€ to your battle.net balance and try to flip items from RMAH for profit

The problem is that there's fewer and fewer people playing D3, and many items that sold for 200+ a month ago nowdays don't go higher than 100.
You could maybe buy some good CC items now and hope to resell after 1.1, when pvp goes live. Or just look for stat priority for various classes (most classes now value a crit A LOT) and buy those items.

you really cant. people sell gold for 1.50 - 1.85 on websites all day. so unless you find a moron to pay you more than 2$ you wont ever get 350$

pretty lame isn't it. having said that. unless you are abusing it, i wouldn't be too afraid of being banned. You are also much more likely to be banned if you are buying items on the RMAH and relisting them instantly as opposed to buying items on the GAH and listing them on the RMAH. There were many people who thought they were banned because they were using AH bots when actually they were banned because the bots were buying numerous items on the RMAH and quickly relisting them. DO NOT do this. If u intend on relisting for profit I'd advise buyin the items and waiting a few days or longer before relisting them.

Actually, I am planing to just sell the gold on RMAH, I have around 200 million now. It may take some time, but its better then waiting 4months for pvp. But thanks for all the answers!

Im selling gems on RMAH to get E.
Is there any other better and same secure way ? (price of gems dont change so much - yes its drop a lot from beggining but still fair price)
I dont like selling armor or wepons because there is always risk that no one wants it.
Selling gold ? - too big price thanks to Blizzard 0.25 for 100 k is just way too much.
So is there any alternative than gems ?

Kocur666, I acutally sell around 10m each 3 days, that is around 20 euros. I think its worth it if it only take me 2 months to sell my gold.

I have been flipping items from the AH to the US RMAH since the beginning of the game.

Gems will not give you the highest ratio, but they always sell.

Some things to invest in now that will sell on the RMAH are legendary plans, 6 prop weapon plans, and 20% magic find gear in light of the new coming update.
