Mists of Pandaria Launches September 25, 2012

Could be devastating for D3, as many WoW players will drop Diablo and return to MoP.

In all honesty, this shouldn't be the nail in the coffin for D3. I dropped WoW 2years back, haven't looked back ever since. **** that game.

Many ppl dropped WoW for D3 and/or just waiting for next expansion.

D3 dragged ~20% ppl from WoW for 1 month (WoWuction market value data) so MoP will drag ppl from other games, including D3, too.

Only reason people still play D3 is because GW2 isn't out yet. They killed this game a while ago for most. If people would stop buying my gold, I would stop botting it. Even my bots are bored of it.

As a 7 year WoW player, 2004-2011, I can say that GW2 looks a lot like what I've wanted WoW to be like for years. I played the beta weekend and couldn't believe how much fun I was having in such a similar formatted game (hated GW1, played for 1 day). GW2 takes almost every aspect of WoW and improves on it. My only real gripe with GW2 in relation to WoW is that the movement in WoW is much more fluid, something that I've yet to see another game beat WoW on.

"D3's killer is D3". I agree with this also. People didn't get the game they were hoping for, not even a small fraction of it. The things that D3 improved upon are unfortunately NOT the kinds of things that keep people playing a game for years and years. They were mostly cosmetic improvements.
