All 5 stats are crucial stats but AH only allows me to use 3 so its a little hard to use the AH :/

Its quite rare for an item to have 73 resist all as well as the vit/dex of those amounts.
So do a bit of work, and look into it. Will take you ~5-10 min tops.

Did it for you:

The only one similar on the entire of the AH with a buyout is 1.2 billion, bids starting at 470 million (no current bids)
The only one similar on the entire of the AH without a buyout is 78 million bid, 18 hours remaining (has bids)

I would list it at:

50 million bid
150 million buyout

Also, place a Flawless (3000g) gem in it.
