Appearently you have banned my diablo 3 account, and i am no way questioning this ban because i did exploit and i did bot - Ever since the game was released.
I would also like to point out that i am very thankful for this ban because now i can enjoy the summer even more.
I would also like for you to know that i have made quite a lot more money than i spent on this game, and again i have you to thank for that.
I have one more account running a bot currently so if you'd be so kind and shut it down i'd be forever greatful.

Thank you."

So i got their reply:

Following a review of your case, I can confirm that the evidence presented was correct, and that the subsequent action taken was appropriate. Our decision in this matter stands, and will not be overturned.

Please note, it is our policy never to reveal details regarding account investigations, beyond the information given in the original notice mail, for privacy and security reasons.

We now consider this matter closed, and would not look to enter into further communication on the matter.

You know, NOWHERE did i question this ban except when chosing the problem - "I think i got hacked".
This makes me wonder A LOT, if they actually randomly pick when to read the actual mail and when to just say "screw him" and instantly give me a copy paste reply?

Still, it made my day getting such a reply..

Oh, and yes, it does feel like a curse has been lifted off of me..

They do that for all botting bans. Also open a ticked under anything and type something like "You don't read this shit do you" and you will get some scripted answer as well. They have a good system going right now where they don't read anything you put unless you escalate it. Best way is to call in if you really want to try and get it back.

Actually i don't.. That's the "sad" thing(?), i am happy right now not playing it, could also be because i got sucked into Guild wars 2 this weekend.. But oh well, will enjoy half the summer outside at least!


I do like however, once i had a friend "borrow" one of my WoW accounts and played it for about a month from time to time, he changed the password and the mail adress. Eventually i called Blizzard telling them i had lost the account and that it had been compromised..

You can imagine my surprise when they actually told me
"There is no sign of compromise at all on this account from what we can see, you don't have a brother playing it or so by any means?"

Well, no, not a brother, but a friend, living about 1500 kilometers from me - I guess the only way they think it has been compromised is if it's from the other side of the world, otherwise it just can't be compromised - right?!

And yes, my friend was all in on it so no i was not an ass..

Yea i hear you. Was playing GW2 over the weekend as well. Really enjoyed it. Should be a good game to sink some hours into. Sorry about your account, but it is always fun to hear about Blizz and their wonderful customer support .
