I once had this problem. I changed population settings from Ascent-realm.

Population to 2 meaning:

0 - Low
1 - Medium
2 - High

Address = "127.0.0.1:8129"
Icon = "PVP"
Colour = "1"
Population = "2.0"
TimeZone = "1">

Also try the others like turning off firewall.

lol ur not public if the only one to connect is you...n btw population has NOTHING to do with getting it publicly trust me. Probably your router , call your comapny and make them do it for you.
