How do I log on to game when facing network blockade?

I don't know where to post this thread...so I post here...may be experts are all here...

Hi, all, our network admin blocks us log on to the game, how do I find a way to log on?
When I try to log on, it prompts me 'Error: 3005 can not connect to battlenet'
I used VPN, it works well, but the latency is to high, I want to find another efficient way to solve this, thanks!
