Sarkaroth Farming - Rares do they still drop?

One Tuesday I logged back in after maintenance and found 20 closed cellars in a row. EVERYTHING inside me wanted to make a thread asking if sarkoth was hotfixed but I resisted...and by 100 games, cellars found was already close to ~50%.
