So I was running a bunch of bots yesterday and got hit by the ban wave, so I logged onto each account and created a ticket claiming that I was hacked.
They were real weird, they replied to a couple accounts fast but took 12-24 hours for others.
Out of 14 accounts they would not unban, but one account they said if I fill out the recovery form and send in my ID I can get my account back. So I did this and BAM just now got my account back with all my gold/characters on all realms.
The only thing I can think of is that this is the only account that I had a phone number attached to, all the other accounts had the same contact info (name, credit card, etc) except they did not have a phone number attached.
