I had a chance to look through recent activity on your account. The good news is that the account does not appear to have been accessed by an unauthorized user.
If you were attempting to contact the Game Master department via the webform for any issue other than account compromise/hack, I've got a few links that may prove helpful for you.
- If your Battle.net Account has been locked or if you are trying to reset the password of your Battle.net Account, please go to
https://us.battle.net/account/suppor...ord-reset.html and fill out the three fields for E-mail Address, First Name, and Last Name under "Confirm Account Information" to begin the password reset process.
