Do you use the RMAH on an account you bot with?

Just looking for some opinions of the community. I don't know if this is one of those obvious things of "Of course not, stupid!" or not.

If you have an account that bots, do you use the RMAH on it or not? With the price of gold dropping, I've started looking at converting my gold to cash through buying items on the gold auction house, and flipping them on the RMAH, taking into consideration the 30% fee. How safe is that to do from an account you bot with? Say I just sold an auction, and I wake up tomorrow to find the account banned. Will I lose the proceeds from that sale? Will it still go through?

I've bought from the RMAH and bought / sold from the GAH on my bot account, but anything I sell through the RMAH is done with my clean account. And I believe that anything that's in process when you are banned is still given to you. But having never been banned (yet) I have no proof of this besides here-say.

I would use a clean account for it. Personally I buy items for gold with bot then drop them on the ground in a game to my main and then resell on Rmah.i think legally they have to pay out pending purchases. I don't think it's a good idea though and would suggest against it. In fact if you only have one account, I highly suggest you get a second one and not bot on your main.
