Drop-Shipping for Virtual Currency

I've been pondering the methods for contacting foreign dropship suppliers for the trading of virtual currency, but it appears that only those who have access to, for instance, Chinese virtual market accounts are able to do so.

Is dropshipping exclusive to these buyers or is anyone else here able to access base-level dropship suppliers for currency such as Diablo 3 gold?
