Tower of Cursed drop rates nerfed?

I've been running this religiously even after 1.03 and I see a definite difference since yesterday morning. I'm finding a ton of high level blue and white items but hardly any yellows are dropping. When they do they're usually lvl 57 to 60 and garbage either way. Does anyone have any info on if this area has been nerfed?

yea i think they hosed it. another 2 hours of whites and blues. went down into the keep dungeons and found a plan and tal rashas crest within 10 mins.

Just did an hour there, about 12 yellows, only one 63, two 61 and the rest in the 50's. Most blues were high level though, all trash though.

Pre 1.03 this place was dropping lots of weapons over 1k dps, i think ive seen one since patch.

I will have another try later tonight, a bit longer probably, 1 hour isnt really a long enough too judge, could just have been unlucky.

I did 4 hours or so last night, and most of it was junk except one 63 shoulders that I sold for 12 million. I cant tell yet if its just randomness or nerfed but ill check some more tonight.
