    Notes on map randomization in 1.03 and other changes

    I just ran a typical A1 warden-butcher run and noticed a few things -

    Firstly for the first time ever, there was no Defense of the Ancients event in Festering Wood (for me). And the map layout was different.

    Secondly I noticed that there was no Radek the Fence in Highlands Passage (no Kyr the Weaponsmith event). Bit a shame really, this guy often saved me the town portal back to town =P.

    In terms of elite spawns, I didn't notice anything different (though only 1 run, I think it'll be safe to assume).
    The Warden certainly liked to spam his new Desecrate, but not once did he fire a mortar (I ventured out of melee range to test. Fight ~30s). Just him being unfamiliar with his new
    toys?

    Mortar minimum distance significantly increased - minimum distance is somewhere around 2/3 of where the old maximum distance was judging by the naked eye.

    Item drops - rares galore! But all vendor worthy. Thought I saw some rares turn from ilvl 61 to 60 upon identification, might be that I'm paranoid. Or that its 6am in NZ.

    I had done many runs before today without Kyr the Weaponsmith or the Defence of the Ancients event. They said they were removing an achievement that had to do with that event, so it may have been completely removed.

    With that said, I really don't understand what you were trying to say or prove. RNG is RNG and still is after 1.0.3?
