    Super High Class Blizzard support

    So I can't seem to link my Paypal to the RMAH on my main account. I have an Authenticator and the SMS protection active and yet when I try to link it or load funds it gives me an error on the b.net site saying it couldn't be completed. So I open a ticket...proceed with the outrage...

    Subject: Can't link paypal

    I can't seem to link my Paypal [email protected] to my account in order to use it in the RMAH.

    I've tried going to the landing page and do get redirected to Paypal, but when I sign it the Blizzard site says that it cannot be linked for some reason. Is it possible because i"ve used this paypal to pay subscriptions on other b.net accounts?

    Yeah.. they don't care.

    I've sent in atleast 5-6 tickets for glitches/scammers/etc and everytime their response is "Glad you had the time to contact us... but.. we dont have the time to contact you! have a great day."

    Blizz support is super sloppy. More now than ever. I reopened a ticket 3 times before I was able to get a proper answer to my ticket..

    Most of the replies look more like automated messages than actual people answering

    Yea, best thing is that when the first gm may respond in a proper way, you reopen the ticket and 2nd gm respond with something like "Here is a potato. Use it wisely."

    My favorite was an issue with someone being able to take GMship of my guild. Had a player take it even though I was still active on the character that was GM, completely cleaned out the guild bank and booted everyone from the guild... Took 14 responses before I actually got a GM to understand that I was active on that toon that they took GM from. And what was really funny is that 11 of the responses were all identical and copy/pasted.

    Best one for me was when I opened a ticket in WoW because the frostbolt rank 11 on my mage did more dmg than the rank 12 with increased mana costs of course!
    The answer was that it was implemented that way and of course is no bug ... - Rank 11 should do more dmg than rank 12 and so my question is answered!

    One or two patches later it got hotfixed anyways....
