    2 of my accounts were banned August 20th, today I got 2 more emails to each saying that I was banned again on the accounts yet I never reactivated them after the ban on the 20th of August...

    Wtf?

    Banned 3/3 Used IB and DB on these accounts banned 8/30/12 all 3 DH

    ran all sorts of times of the day, but prior to the ban it was like 24 full hours of botting act 3 so watch it

    just a heads up that blizz are indeed banning for Ru to english patches, just had my first account ban from something other then a bot lol.

    heres the email:

This is a violation of our Terms of Use and in-game policies (Diablo III Policies - Battle.net Support). As such, we’ve deactivated the Diablo III game account on these Battle.net accounts.

    A deactivated Diablo III game account is no longer accessible, and any Diablo III characters or items associated with the account are also no longer accessible.

    Any open real-money bids or auctions at the time of the account deactivation have been cancelled, and open bids will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 days for processing depending on the availability of your financial institution. Any bids or auctions completed prior to the account deactivation will not be refunded or reversed.

    A third-party program is considered to be any file or program that is used in addition to the game to alter the original use of the product. Programs that obtain information from the game that is not normally available to players or that transmit or modify any of the game files also fall under this definition.

    Please note that we’re unable to discuss the outcomes of our investigations due to privacy concerns. However, we do have an appeal process for anyone who feels their access to Diablo III has been unjustly removed. Before proceeding with an appeal, it’s important to keep in mind that given the thoroughness of our investigation, it’s unlikely that the decision will be overturned. That said, any disputes or questions concerning this account action can only be addressed by our Customer Support team.     Aside from an appeal, the only way to continue playing Diablo III is to purchase a new game license.     Banned : using the d3langpatch fix to get my russian client to english

    NEVER used bot , never used hack on this account. ( all my godly gear was on this account , i lost all)

    be aware they are now banning for this!!!

    this mark the end of diablo 3 for me

    I've appealed, ive seen some people get temp banned aswell. Hopefully everybodys bans will turn into temp

    Actions are based on the violation's severity and take previous violations into consideration. This action was taken in accordance with the Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment:Blizzard Legal Documentation) and our Diablo III Policies (Diablo III Policies - Battle.net Support), which all players acknowledge and agree to before logging into the game.

    We understand that these policies may seem harsh, but they are in place to ensure that every player is able to enjoy their time in Diablo III. Thank you for respecting our position.
