A user of the account was recently involved in an incident that became the Blizzard customer service as for Diablo III considered inappropriate. This decision was made after a thorough investigation. Violation: Illegal third party programs (third party software)
A third-party program is a file or program that is not part of the client software from Diablo III, but is used to gain an advantage in the game. This includes any programs that obtain information from the game that a normal player can not be accessed or changed game files or transferred. Each external application that is used in conjunction with Diablo III, can cause some undesirable side effects. One of the possible consequences of the use of third-party programs can be instability of the game, the game can lead to frequent crashes. External programs can also be used to transmit viruses, spyware and other unwanted programs on the computer of the player. Third-party programs can also be used to spy on the computer information, such as the player's account, password and private information.
