Trying to use remote desktop to connect to my bot pc.

So I have this very very old laptop, it won't even let me start Diablo 3 on it. When I go away on trips I'm trying to use this laptop to connect to my desktop (which works fine). However, I still can't do anything with diablo 3.

I THOUGHT that all remote desktop did was take screenshots and send them back to me many times a second, and let me control the other PC. Basically I thought this meant I could bypass my low system hardware to atleast restart my bot if it stopped working...but I cant

The Diablo 3 window is just an empty opaque window with a border. When I try to move it I get a D3D video error ( or some such ). Is there no possible way for me to do anything about this?

Malaki, I'm using a crappy laptop to do the same. But in this case, you'd need a good connection to be able to do anything. Else it will take forever to give the command and then get the result.

How fast of a connection are you having when away?

You want to use Teamviewer (Its free and works superb!). RDP does some video driver emulating that so that you cannot run D3D applications properly.

Yea, I forgot to mention, using Teamveiwer. Works like a charm, although I do have great connections at work.

Teamviewer works like a charm..but drops a "Free sponsored session" window when you leave your desktop PC. This thing has interrupted my botting lot of times. You got cracked version? so you don't get the advertisment when you disconnect or you purchased the software?
