Highest Tier Loot - Act 4 or Whimyshire?

What are your experiences guys? I've made a fair share of Inferno Whimyshire runs and I must honestly say that Im super disappointed. So many low tier drops, haven't even found a good blue, while in ACT 4 high dmg blue weapons are dropping like crazy.

Is it same loot table? Ponies feel like lower tier honestly.

Anyone got some good drops from Whimyshire? Need some insight on it, cuz I dont know whether I should move to act 4 where I got pretty good drops after very few runs, or stay in Whimyshire.

Act 3, Act 4, and Whimseyshire all have the ability to drop items with ilvl 63. which means any of the 3 can drop your god items.. from what ive been told atleast

Whimyshire has always been bad loot for me. Never got a single good high tier item there opening clouds and pinata with 5 nephalem stacks and over 300% total MF.

They've since decreased the chance for loot in Wimsey since release. They don't want it to be farmed over Act IV or maybe even III for that matter.
