Skipping all quest by joining Public games does not work anymore

is there any way to make it stay that way.

if i select another difficulty or act it disapears and i cant select it again without doing this process

Can't promise you this works but for me every time I get the wp for some quest I don't have. if I complete the quest it stays permanent. So I'd advice you to try that.
I did that with the vacham quest and the bastion run quests so I could alternate between them when leveling.
