The trick with doing this as a DH is really just trial and error at the proper corner. just gather like 6-10 rat callers and kite them to the corner, equip firewalkers and see if its doing damage to the callers. If it is, unequip, vault out and kite them around a bit then go back to the corner and try again. The only issue i have is when you get the neph. globe and it explodes, it messes up the positioning and if you're afk, all the callers just die.

You should look at the YouTube video someone made, it's in either this thread or the other. The position he goes to works fine every time. It's the connector between level 1&2, where the stairs go downward, you just sit in the corner. The Rat Callers stay at a distance where they aren't touched by your Firewalkers. They are still hit by the Nephalem globes, but they won't change their positiong to where they'll die.

About to try this out, you could probably use a Witch Doctor with Spirti Barrage and a purple gem in weapon for sustain.

Does anyone know the timer for yellow items to dissapear?

I know blues/whites disappear after 10 minutes in town.

After 12+ hrs in a game these items really stack up and it actually takes a bit of time to loot legendaries.

Man those globes are killing those rat callers. I started with 20ish, woke up with just 2 surviving.

i'm worried blizzard is going to think I'm trying to DDos them. have over 30 rat callers spamming rats at me.. getting ~3.8 million health every tick from my 3,200 LOH... thats some serious shit going down

edit: pro tip. get a friend or an alt account to sit in the game nearby and you can level them, also if you DC, you can just reconnect to their game and all your loot is still there.

Hi all! Just a tip: if you have problems getting more then 4-5 rat callers aggro you to a safe corner just do this:
1. get 4 rat callers go to a safe corner - allow them to kill you
2. respawn at corpse and be quick to get away from the area (they wont aggro you again)
3. Bring another 4-5 rat callers at the corner.
4. Rinse and repeat

I find it easier this way to bunch up 8+ rat callers without having to kite 8+ at a time
